To promote their 'joined up' approach to the services they provide Newry Mourne and Down District Council's Nicola Doran needed an animation that clarified the Council's way of community planning.

Steps are safe to climb, but not great for putting the lawnmower back. A sloping ramp may well be best for the mower, but potentially lethal for walking up when wet.
